Temperature control loop design

Pre-

This
realizes the reactor temperature control, enhance operational stability
of the reactor to improve the conversion rate of the reaction products.
Practice
shows that the control scheme makes use of reactor temperature control
accuracy to within 1 ℃; the same time to switch from hot to cold water
speed is less than 5s; As a result of shut-off valve in sequence
control, greatly increase the reliability of temperature control
: operation of the system failure rate and misuse zero.
